Peak season (November through May) books quickly. We recommend securing your villa at least 60–90 days in advance for Christmas, New Year, and spring break. Last-minute availability does occur — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. A refundable security deposit — typically equivalent to one night's rate — is collected at the time of booking. It is returned in full within 7 business days of departure, provided the property is left in its original condition.
